premium quality wheel design and production

Manufacturing Process

Our passion is wheels and this is reflected in our manufacturing process – we take care to select only the best materials and use the latest technology to create our wheels. Led by a British design team each wheel has been sketched and brought to life by state of art wheel industry technology at our TUV approved plant. The software pinpoints stress points on all areas of the structure allowing the design to be changed for the best outcome prior to physical testing.

All our wheels carry high load ratings suitable for a number of commercial vehicles. Production is via computer controlled low-pressure casting machines using special aluminium alloy. Our manufacturing process combined with our innovative designs ensures a premium quality product every time.
